花生四烯酸全名为5，8，11，14-二十碳四烯酸，

简称AA。是人体内含量丰富、最活跃和最必需的

一种不饱和脂肪酸。福星花生四烯酸由特殊菌丝

培养提取而得，可作为营养增强剂添加进儿童的食品。
